Contracted hours are 8 hours per week (two 4-hour shifts), with a minimum availability of 16 hours (two full days from 09:00 to 17:30). Saturday availability is required, and shifts are worked as needed. Overtime is regularly available during holiday weeks, up to 30 hours per week in branch. If you can travel to other stores, you can secure more hours with paid travel expenses (discussed during interview), near stores such as Congleton and Macclesfield. Travel can be by train or fuel reimbursement. You will need to remain calm in high-pressure environments, especially as we handle passport applications and driving licenses at Hanley.
