About the Role: Our Visitor Experience Guides are ambassadors for Stirling Distillery and the exceptional products we produce. Weβre looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic, and hard-working individual to join our small, friendly team. Youβll be responsible for delivering informative, engaging tours of the distillery, sharing our story with visitors, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience β and maybe a bottle or two.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage all visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Host gin and whisky tasting experiences and distillery tours
- Promote and sell products across our gin and whisky ranges
- Manage till operations, cashing up, and stock takes
- Maintain well-stocked and visually appealing shop and bar displays
- Pour and serve drinks, including cocktail service and basic bar work
- Assist with admin tasks such as replying to emails and processing online orders
- Support the head distiller with occasional production tasks
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests
- Capable of multitasking, especially during busy periods
What Weβre Looking For:
- Passionate and outgoing personality with a flair for public speaking
- Confident leading groups and delivering engaging presentations
- Flexible approach to work, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent team player with a proactive attitude
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

- Full UK driving licence required
- Previous hospitality, retail, or tourism experience
- Knowledge or interest in gin and whisky (training will be provided)
