Position: Pub Cleaner – Wetherspoons

Join our One Great Team at Haven as a Pub Cleaner for our onsite Wetherspoons venue, where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all our guests.

We\’re looking for a reliable, diligent individual with great attention to detail who takes pride in keeping things spotless. From shining tables to sparkling toilets, you’ll help keep every area of the venue looking its best—so guests can relax and enjoy their time with us.

Key Responsibilities:
– Clean and sanitise venue tables, chairs, and guest seating areas throughout service.
– Maintain high hygiene standards in customer and staff toilet facilities.
– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors across the venue, including bar, dining, outdoor areas, and kitchen areas.
– Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a high standard.
– Empty bins and manage waste according to health and safety guidelines.
– Work efficiently during and after trading hours to maintain cleanliness.
– Support the wider team in ensuring the venue is always guest-ready.

Requirements:
– Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential—full training provided.
– A positive mindset and solid work ethic.
– Ability to operate with minimal supervision and cooperate with a team.
– Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, late evenings, weekends, and during bank holiday periods.
– High attention to detail and a commitment to hygiene and safety.
