Our client are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant operations within the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to contribute to the success of their business. Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm (early finish on Friday) - fully office-based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring candidates meet compliance requirements before interviews and placements.
  • Managing and owning the compliance tracker – keeping stakeholders informed of non-compliance.
  • Sending contracts promptly and accurately.
  • Working closely with the team to understand billings, forecasts, and performance.
  • Leading key operational programs: aftercare, found fee radar, offer management, and more.
  • Analysing performance metrics, trends, and providing insight to drive team success.
  • Managing email inboxes and handling administrative tasks.
  • Staying updated on relevant laws and legislation affecting compliance.

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
