Service Advisor – Salisbury Area Franchised Motor Dealership Salary : Basic of £28,000 + bonuses of up to £1500 per month Hours : Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 4.30pm/8.30am to 5.00pm/9.00am to 5.30pm Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm (1 in 3) The Job: This is a customer focused role. You will be providing a professional service to customers whilst their vehicle is with the client and tracking its progress through the workshops. Liaising with colleagues within the workshop and parts department. Providing customers with additional work requirements and costs. Scheduling and recording work whilst maintaining an efficient and courteous manner.
