The hotel offers first-class cuisine, with chefs sourcing ingredients from trusted Devon suppliers to create delicious menus that will surprise and delight you. The luxurious en-suite bedrooms are beautifully furnished, with most featuring private balconies facing south with exceptional sea views of Sidmouth seafront.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and manage hotel bookings.
- Communicate with all departments to ensure high customer care standards.
- Answer internal and external calls professionally and friendly.
- Record and control hotel bookings accurately.
- Handle calls and emails efficiently, passing messages as needed.
- Carry out administrative tasks including hotel banking.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain a tidy workstation and functional equipment.
- Comply with company policies on HASAWA, fire safety, legal requirements, and other duties as assigned.
- Assist other departments and maintain good working relationships.
Essential Criteria:
