An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment. Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquires particularly around tribunals Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues Candidate Requirements Excellent communication skills. Employment law and litigation expert 4 years PQE This is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at an exciting time of growth, the business has performed very well over the past few years. A professional but friendly culture with a very strong employee retention rate. The role is fully remote (WFH) as are the wider team. Salary is up to circa £60,000 – £70,000.
