At the Key Health, we pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our clients, with the aim of supporting them with their needs in timely and professional manner. We are looking to recruit experienced and dedicated residential children support workers to care for our service users across the Staffordshire area. This is a full time position. To apply for this role, you will need :- • Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare within UK as a residential support worker • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK • Ability to provide 2 references (one from current or most recent employer) • Driver • Access to WS15 and ST16 locations • Level 3 or 4 children and young people/residential • Enhanced DBS that is on the update service (Desirable) The role does not have a set shift pattern, but you will be given rota’s 6-8 weeks in advance. The full-time role will consist of 10 shifts a month, all of which come with a sleep in. You will be expected to work some weekend with a weekend pattern generally look like a Friday and Sunday shift, Saturday only shift and Sunday only shift. The weekend in which you are not booked to work will allow you to be off from Friday all the way through to Monday.
