Rate: £160-£220 p/day

Our cllient is looking for a reliable and experienced Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to provide 2nd line technical support and assist in the rollout of Windows 11.

Key Responsabilities:

• Deploy and configure Windows 11 on desktops and laptops.
• Provide 2nd line support for hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting issues in regards to Windows 11 and networking.
• Set up hardware.
• Ticketing through ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• Substantial experience with Windows 10/11 support.
• Hands-on experience with configuration and rollouts.
