We are currently on the hunt for a Head of Guest Services for a luxury 5 star hotel in Berkshire. As the Head of Guest Services you will be expected to provide all guests with a bespoke and memorable experience measured to the highest standards of quality and service delivery throughout their stay.

The Person

The Successful Head of Guest Services will have:

  • Hospitality diploma/degree
  • Previous leadership experience within a luxury or five-star environment
  • Previous leading a front of house team in a quality operation
  • Customer service orientated and ability to connect with guests
  • Good understanding of all social media platforms
  • Experience of Opera
  • Excellent IT knowledge including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Team player
  • Immaculately presented
  • Empathetic and Resilient Personality
