We’re looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Head Receptionist to lead our front desk team of four in the beautiful New Forest. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. You’ll also play a key leadership role—working closely with the Head Housekeeper, driving front office processes, and ensuring smooth operations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate a team of receptionists
- Manage the rota to meet business needs
- Oversee daily front desk operations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain high standards of customer care and attention to detail
- Handle guest feedback professionally and thoughtfully
What we’re looking for:
