Are you an experienced senior leader in Asset Management within the social housing sector?

We are seeking a dynamic Interim Head of Assets to lead a dedicated team during a period of change and transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape strategy, support team development, and ensure the effective delivery of asset services across our client's social housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Asset Management team, supporting performance and staff engagement during a transitional phase.

• Provide strategic oversight of planned and cyclical works, compliance, stock condition, and investment planning.

• Drive service improvement, value for money, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

• Collaborate closely with executive colleagues to align asset strategy with broader organisational goals.

About You:

• Proven track record in senior asset management roles within social housing.

• Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to embed change and continuous improvement.

• Excellent understanding of housing regulation, property compliance, and long-term asset planning.

• Ideally, you will hold a relevant housing or property qualification (e.g. CIH, RICS, or equivalent).
