About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our residential development scheme in Wadebridge. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing finishing snags in occupied houses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing snagging works to a high standard across various trades, including carpentry, plastering, painting, and general finishing tasks.
- Ensuring plots meet quality standards.
- Collaborating with the site team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
