FM Conway is searching for a Training Officer to join our Learning and Development team. This full time, permanent role will be based from our Sevenoaks head office but will require travel across London, the South East and South West. As our Training Officer you will identify training needs and deliver heavy plant operation training and health and safety training across the business. You will co-ordinate individual, web-based or group training as required and assist in maximising grants and industry rebates. The Training Officer role – Designing, delivering and developing effective, imaginative, compelling and cost-effective learning solutions for the organisation – Supporting, updating and delivering renewal / refresher training that improves the technical knowledge and performance of teams -Collecting, compiling and reporting the results of training evaluations, attendance, performance and training data – Marketing and promoting training courses to ensure maximum attendance and value for money – Researching training suppliers and materials to include cost comparisons and timelines What we are looking for in our Training Officer We are looking for a confident communicator, who has experience in a similar role.
