Maintenance Engineer – Electrically Biased Hours Rotational shifts (40 hours per week). 5:00 am – 2:00 pm (Monday – Friday). 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Monday – Friday). 7:00 pm – 6:00 am (Monday – Thursday). Annual Salary £45,680 Competitive hourly rate : £20.00 per hour (day shift), with a 30% night shift premium (£26.00 per hour). What’s in it for me? Based in a rotational shift environment, you will play a key role in ensuring all manufacturing plant, equipment, and facilities operate efficiently. This role focuses on improving equipment reliability by increasing the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reducing the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
