About the Role

Your role as a Housekeeping Assistant will involve working as part of a team to ensure all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained within the home. You will operate according to our standard procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring hotel service standards are upheld.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Carrying out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
• Understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and the properties of cleaning materials, to ensure all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition.
• Respecting residents\’ dignity, personal space, and belongings at all times.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, especially Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
• Experience in cleaning laundry in a public setting.
• Compassion and a commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping and laundry services to residents.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
