Due to rapid expansion, they are on the lookout for a talented Solicitor / Legal Executive to join this dynamic team. Looking for someone with experience handling Personal Injury cases (Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, RTA) and/or Property Damage claims. Candidates must have proven ability to manage files from initial investigation to settlement or trial and skilled in reviewing complex disclosure, instructing experts, drafting Court documents, making settlement offers, and managing costs.
