Job Description Are you a hands-on HR professional with a passion for employee relations and operations? We’re seeking a driven Employee Relations Lead to join a dynamic team navigating an exciting global transformation. This role is ideal for someone ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment and take the lead in shaping and improving HR processes. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage a team of 6 across HR Operations and ER, delegating tasks across multiple mailboxes and queries while maintaining efficiency and quality. Drive improvements in ER case management, identify trends, suggest solutions, and implement a new ER case management system. Support global HR transformation projects, including consultations, policy revisions, and optimizing HR operations for a UK Shared Service Centre. Enhance people data reporting and analytics, enabling informed decision-making across the business. Roll up your sleeves to support with redundancy calculations, TUPE processes, ad hoc letters, and ER matters. Help build robust HR and ER processes while managing ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.
