Customer Services Advisor needed in Merthyr Tydfil.

The rate is £12.59 per hour (PAYE).

The successful candidate will provide library services and support to enable access and use of library services for all residents. Responsibilities include assisting the Library Manager in supervising staff, ensuring duties are completed, and carrying out customer service duties at the Library Reception. Tasks include issuing and discharging books, shelving, enrolling members, collecting fines, handling enquiries, and assisting members with IT equipment and online library services.
