Role Overview:
As a Coffee Shop Assistant, you’ll help create a warm, friendly atmosphere where customers can enjoy great food and drink. From preparing orders to keeping the space spotless, you’ll ensure every visit to our coffee shop is memorable for the right reasons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light meals to a high standard.
- Handle payments at the till, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee shop, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist with restocking and organising supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and accommodating requests.
