Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member Include:

  • Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
  • Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
  • Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
  • Ensuring food is prepared, stored correctly, and areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording results as per company procedures
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart
  • Following standards for quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
  • Being aware of restaurant goals and targets to contribute effectively
  • Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
  • Reporting all work-related incidents, injuries, or illnesses promptly
  • Following procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
