Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member Include:
- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
- Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
- Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
- Ensuring food is prepared, stored correctly, and areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording results as per company procedures
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart
- Following standards for quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
- Being aware of restaurant goals and targets to contribute effectively
- Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
- Reporting all work-related incidents, injuries, or illnesses promptly
- Following procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
