As a Receptionist at Crerar Hotels, are you friendly, efficient, and motivated? If you thrive as the welcoming face of the hotel and take pride in being the first point of contact, you\’ll be a perfect fit for our customer-focused reception team. We’re looking for someone who excels at creating fantastic customer experiences, with a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a strong phone manner. A can-do attitude and experience in the hospitality industry will give you a strong advantage. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality service, managing guest enquiries, answering calls, handling daily banking tasks, and working with hotel booking and CRM systems. With a quick learning ability and confidence in upselling the hotel’s amenities, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.
