Job Title : Retail Support Manager Location : Southern England Reports to (Position) : Country Sales Manager UK Department/Function : Sales Short description of the work field: We are expanding our Sales team in Southern England and are seeking a Retail Support Manager to join our commercial organization. In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with tyre retailers representing the Vredestein brand and support the sell-out of the wholesaler in the region. This position reports directly to the Country Manager UK. What will be your role in more detail? Sales and Customer Growth: Drive Vredestein brand sales in the retail channel by acquiring new customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and growing existing partnerships through direct and indirect sales. Dealer Support and Development: Expand and strengthen the dealer network while supporting wholesalers to boost sell-out performance in the region. Brand Representation: Represent the Vredestein brand daily, ensuring excellent presentation and visibility at points of sale. Market and Sales Strategy: Monitor market trends, implement promotional activities, and manage sales targets and budgets for the assigned channel. Are you our ideal candidate?
