We are currently recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join our team. You will provide advice and support to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals. You will manage a caseload of participants, guiding and mentoring them on their journey to employment. You will build strong, positive relationships, motivate, challenge, and support customers in obtaining sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target-driven, and a motivational adviser. You should have a high level of initiative and motivation, with the ability to seek solutions to problems and work under pressure without supervision. We value candidates who can provide first-class customer service and are committed to empowering lives and improving communities.
This role offers the opportunity to utilise your skills to support others and contribute to our mission of community improvement. Our organisation delivers a range of Employability & Health contracts supporting unemployed people back to work. This role is part of our Restart Scheme.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 to £29,545 pro rata per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits including:
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with options to buy additional days)
