ServiceNow ITOM & Service Mapping Consultant 📍 Hybrid – Zurich, Switzerland (2-3 days onsite per week) 💼 Contract | ⏳ 6 Months | 💷 Outside IR35 Chapman Tate Associates are working with a leading global organisation to deliver a key piece of their digital transformation roadmap. We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM & Service Mapping Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of ITOM modules, with a strong focus on Service Mapping and Discovery. ✅ Key Responsibilities: * Lead the deployment and enhancement of ServiceNow ITOM, particularly Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB. * Work closely with infrastructure and application teams to identify critical business services and map them accurately in ServiceNow. * Ensure data quality, CMDB health, and dependency mapping are maintained to support broader ITSM and operational goals. * Design and implement automation workflows aligned with ITOM best practices. * Support integration with other tools and technologies within the IT ecosystem. 🔧 Skills & Experience Required: * Strong experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a particular focus on Service Mapping. * Deep knowledge of CMDB architecture and best practices for configuration and population. * Hands-on experience with Discovery probes/sensors and troubleshooting. * Strong stakeholder engagement skills in complex, enterprise-scale environments. * Previous experience working on international/hybrid projects preferred. 💡 Bonus Skills: * ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS–ITOM, CSA). * Exposure to cloud and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, on-prem). * Fluent in English; German is a plus.
