We are working with a fast-growing, purpose-led food and drink organisation for a Brand Executive. This is a fantastic and varied role where you’ll learn how products go from farm to shelf. They are looking for a great communicator with a genuine passion for health, wellness and sustainability, to join their growing Herefordshire team on their growth journey.
What you can expect:
- Salary: £25,000–£30,000 + bonus
- Working hours: 9am - 5.00pm – Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working with regular travel to Herefordshire
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and Founders
- Progression opportunities within a purpose-led company
What you will be doing:
- Supporting account management and customer service for key retailers and wholesalers
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of new business pitches
- Conducting store visits to check availability, visibility, and build relationships with store teams
- Collaborating with Marketing on promotions, campaigns and customer support
- Analysing sales data and performance to identify growth opportunities
- Representing the brand at trade shows, events and sampling activations
What we are looking for:

- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Highly organised, dependable and able to multitask effectively
- Competent across Microsoft 360 including Excel and Outlook
- Strong initiative and a can-do attitude
