We are looking to recruit a Temp Recruitment Administrator to work for a leading construction company based in Birmingham.
ROLE: Recruitment Administrator
LOCATION: Birmingham (B37)
SALARY: £28,000 per year pro rata
JOB TYPE: 6 months
HOURS: full time, Monday to Friday, office based.
THE ROLE:
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks including interview scheduling, contract generation and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and HR databases.
- Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate candidate communications and timelines.
- Ensure all compliance and Right to Work checks are completed in line with company policy.
- Assist in managing recruitment inboxes and responding to candidate queries promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Have previous experience in recruitment administration or similar HR support role.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
