- Handle valuations, rent reviews, and lease negotiations for commercial properties.
- Manage block properties efficiently and professionally.

What You Bring to the Table
- Solid expertise in commercial property & block management or surveying.
- Strong knowledge of property law, regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in property management software (Veco preferred) & Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Highly organized & detail-oriented with strong administrative abilities.
- Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field (RICS accreditation preferred).
- Reliable vehicle required for site visits.
