Multiskilled Shift Engineer

Our Client is looking for a Multiskilled Shift engineer to work in a large commercial building in Fenchurch street. You will be working for one of the most well known facilities companies. known for their training and generous benefits package.On offer is a salary of up to £53,000 Day to Day Duties You will be working continental shift pattern 7am-7pm (day sand nights) you will be part of a team of engineers responsible for the maintenance of the following: * Control Panels * Lighting * Emergency lighting tests * Single and Three phrase * AHU and FCU maintenance . * Small installation, Fault-finding, * Lamping, Changing ballast\’s, Control panel, * Power distribution) * Fire Alarm Test\’s * Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps. * General plumbing maintenance: etc. * Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units. * HVAC plant * Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) * Chillers – Re-set * BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) * UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings Qualifications/Requirements * Qualified In a Electrical discipline with certificates equivalent to level 3 * General Building services skills * Experience with PPM’s on commercial systems * Steady and progressive work history * Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
