Fire and Security Engineer / Fire Alarm Engineer * Basic salary from £35,000 to £45,000 * Travel paid minus 30 minutes each way * 25 days holiday rising to 30 days + bank holidays * Annual pay reviews ( 1 to 3 per year ) * Summer and Christmas events * Team Bonus * £105 standby rate Our client is a highly respected, family-run Fire & Security company with over 20 years of industry excellence. We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their growing team. The position focuses on: * Service, fault finding, and small works, with occasional installation tasks as required * Working across fire alarm systems (bias towards fire), CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control * Attending a diverse range of client sites including: Care homes, Office blocks, Universities, Hospitals, Warehouses & industrial premises, Windsor estate properties, Commercial buildings * On-call rota: 1 in 12 weeks * Coverage area: Oxford, Swindon, Buckinghamshire (local patch) If you\’re an experienced Fire and Security Engineer ready to elevate your career, we’d love to hear from you!
