This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Technician. The role is a permanent position. Client Details The client is a Property Maintenance company based in London. The client has 28 sites within London and the M25. This particular position is based on The Strand. Description The key responsibilities: Electrical PPM’s and Reactive maintenance General building services tasks Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU’s, AHU’s, HVAC plant Generators – visual checks Water temps and cooling towerProfile The successful candidate: C&G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation 18th edition certificate Must be prepared to work out of hours when required Have good communication and organisation skills Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude Ability to work on own or as part of a team Participate in a call out rotaJob Offer On offer for the candidate: Competitive salary Progression 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
