What You’ll Be Doing: • Deliver creative, tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of your students. • Support the academic, social, and emotional development of learners. • Provide regular feedback and ensure students make meaningful progress. • Create vibrant classroom displays that celebrate student work and spark curiosity. • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience. • Build strong relationships with families and carers to foster home-school partnerships. • Take part in ongoing training and development, helping you grow in your SEND teaching career.
