Receptionist

This role is for a Temporary Receptionist at a distribution centre in the East Midlands, within the Business Services industry. The role requires a skilled professional adept at maintaining a smooth-running, efficient and organised reception and building area. Receptionist Temporary role for 3 months Immediate start / 1 week\’s notice £13ph-£14ph Fully on-site in Castle Donington Cover from 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to FridayDescription Temporary Receptionist: Oversee the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings. Manage access points throughout the building, ensuring passes and fobs are up to date. Open and close the building, ensuring building security, Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external visitors Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing post. Maintain an efficient filing system and database. Communicate and support with the Facilities team. Profile A successful Receptionist should have: Proficiency in administrative and secretarial duties. Have a friendly and approachable manner. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office.
