About the Role: As a Joinery Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and detailed cost estimates for a variety of joinery projects. Your insights will help shape our bids and ensure projects are both profitable and perfectly executed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and scope of works
  • Produce accurate take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and time
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes
  • Work closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements
  • Assist in bid submissions and tender documents
  • Track project costs and provide updates on budget forecasts
