L & C Consulting are now recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected, Bridgnorth based concern for a new E-Commerce / Online / Digital Marketing Manager. This permanent role will suit an experienced e-Commerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager who is looking for their next challenge. You will be experienced in online, retail operations with a proven ability to drive organic growth across their various online platforms. The option to work from home on a hybrid basis is available for the right person.
This stand-alone, all-round role’s duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Develop and execute a strong SEO strategy
- Increase organic growth
- Optimize web pages
- Improve mobile experience optimisation
- Email Marketing and Customer retention campaigns
- Google Ads Campaigns / PPC Strategy
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
To be considered for this excellent position, you MUST have an excellent track record in online / e-commerce marketing development. You will be professional, flexible, well organised, IT literate (including experience with Google Analytics & AdWords) and have a professional approach to dealing with both internal and external customers. A strong background in organic growth and SEO, website optimisation is also essential.
You will ideally be degree educated (Marketing, eCommerce, Business etc) and will have experience in a similar e-commerce / digital marketing role. You will need to have a flexible approach to your work.
The role comes with a generous package of circa £35,000 - £45,000 (doe) with a good package, bonuses and hybrid working is available. The site requires own transport but is commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Newport, Walsall, Stafford etc.
