Why Join our client as an Accounts Assistant? ✅ A supportive, professional environment with a people-first approach ✅ Work with a reputable company known for exceptional client service ✅ Competitive salary and career growth opportunities Key Responsibilities: Financial Recordkeeping – Maintain accurate accounts payable & receivable records Bank Reconciliation – Perform complex reconciliations & resolve discrepancies Accounts Payable – Verify, code & process invoices, liaising with insurers/partners Accounts Receivable & Credit Control – Generate invoices, track payments & chase overdue accounts Premium Finance – Process instalments & assist clients with finance-related queries Quality Assurance – Conduct checks to maintain financial accuracy & compliance What We’re Looking For: ✔ Essential: * Strong experience in credit control & reconciliations * Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Office * Excellent attention to detail, communication, & organisational skills * Ethical, proactive, and committed to high financial standards ✔ Desirable: * Experience in insurance or financial services * Familiarity with premium finance processes * Ability to work both independently & as a team.
