LEADING FOOD RETAIL CHAIN IS SEEKING A FACILITIES COORDINATOR FOR THEIR SITE IN NORTH LONDONMy Client is a market leader in the ethnic food industry . Their thriving sites in North London need a Facilities Coordinator to help keep the sites to the high level of maintenance and cleanliness expected.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES;To provide a maintenance service for the sites to ensure that the interior and exterior of the stores is in line with company and legal standards at all times.In particular the role includes;Maintenance * Carry out basic preventative and reactive maintenance tasks as directed by the Head Office* Identify and carry out basic repairs to a broad range of fixtures and fittings on site .* Identify, evaluate and report situations that require the services of a professional service contractor.Health & Safety* Be aware of the health and safety of customers, visitors and colleagues at all times, and ensure any risks are reported in accordance with company policy. * Undertake remedial action as necessary to eradicate all Health and Safety risks.
