Senior CRM Executive Remote

We’re building the next generation of leading E-commerce brands. At Prospa, we’ve spent the last 5 years developing a leading team of e-commerce experts. With 40+ exciting DTC brands in our client base, our mission is to drive growth and profitability for 7-figure E-commerce brands through creative and profit focused marketing. CRM plays a key role in retention strategy, giving opportunity to scale some of the UK’s most exciting DTC brands. In this role, you’ll manage Klaviyo accounts, communicate with clients via Slack and Google Meet whilst working alongside a designated graphic designer. We’re seeking an A-player to own their CRM accounts and drive client success. Take complete ownership of project management and delivery of all email clients Execute research during client onboarding & account development Implement testing strategies across Klaviyo flows and campaigns Complete in-depth monthly data reports 1+ CRM experience is essential ~Previous management experience is essential ~ Strong analytical skills & data management are vital ~ At Prospa we have developed a leading management and culture process which includes regular performance reviews.
