Today, we’re looking to recruit an E-commerce Support Analyst where you’ll hit the ground running to work dynamically with our IT and third-party development teams.
A key part of the role will be reviewing website content and functionality to find bugs/issues, managing the process from reporting to deployment, as well as supporting during project testing and deployment. You’ll have the opportunity to input on new projects/website developments, researching the best-in-class to find ways to help improve our customer journey, alongside supporting the wider business with ad-hoc tasks.
E-commerce Support Analyst
Your duties and responsibilities across the department will vary, but will include:
Proactive bug finding, as well as management of bi-directional bug and issue reporting
New project and support fix testing with reporting and logging
Reporting on site performance and customer interaction to drive improvements
Supporting e-commerce growth with new project research, analysis and reporting
Produce project updates for key stakeholders and the wider company
Support the business by delivering on ad hoc tasks and projects as and when requested
As well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, as a successful candidate, you’ll need:
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with the skills to multitask and prioritise workloads
Experience of working in a support environment – JIRA or similar
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with incredible attention to detail
Outstanding research capabilities with reports that you’re proud to own
Experience of working within a retail or e-commerce environment
Flexibility to change and adapt to the needs of the business
Experience of working on project creation is desirable
Magento experience is desirable
Competitive salaries are in line with experience. This is a full-time role, 4 days on-site in Telford, 1 day working from home
