The Associate Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting crucial financial decision-making within our fast-paced tech recruitment company. Working closely with key business units, this role ensures accurate financial reporting, assists in budgeting/forecasting, and provides insights to enhance business performance. It requires a strong foundation in finance principles, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to support strategic goals. This role will primarily support UK & USA business units. Ideally based in Newcastle, our global HQ (hybrid).
- Financial Acumen & Analysis
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business operations.
- Conduct variance analysis and basic financial modelling to assess performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policy.
- Understand key business models and performance indicators (KPIs).
