The role involves managing clients’ employee benefits, conducting market reviews, and providing tailored recommendations to ensure the best possible benefits solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct market reviews for Group Risk and Healthcare policies * Liaise with clients to gather information and request quotes from providers * Analyse market feedback and produce recommendations * Manage scheme renewals and process annual accounts * Respond to client queries, both written and verbal * Communicate with providers, clients, and advisers via email, phone, and letter * Issue and track invoices for benefits such as PMI, GLA, and GIP Qualifications & Experience: * GR1 (Group Risk qualification) or similar CII qualifications * Strong experience with market reviews and producing reports for Group Risk and Healthcare products * Good understanding of scheme renewals and associated account processes * Experience handling telephone queries from clients and providers * Knowledge of other voluntary benefits (e.g., Dental, Health Assessments, EAP) Skills & Personal Attributes: * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks * Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines * Friendly, confident, and personable, with strong client rapport-building skills * Adaptable, proactive, and keen to pursue professional development This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist to join a dynamic, supportive team within a well-established consultancy.
