Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative with strong order processing skills to join their team in Chester on a full time, 6-month temporary contract (35 hours per week). This office works on a hybrid basis (3 days in office) so does require someone to be living within a commutable distance of Chester.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking orders from customers (in English and Dutch), often requiring product knowledge and query resolution, and then processing them in SAP.
- Liaising with customers over the phone, email, chat and tickets to ensure the quality resolution of all customer requests and issues.
- Determining through root cause analysis, solutions to customer issues.
Requirements:
- Business fluency in Dutch.
- Previous experience working in an order processing/customer support role preferably within a fast-paced global business.
- Exposure to working in the pharmaceutical, medical or life science sectors would be of distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Recent use of SAP will be seen as being highly beneficial.
