As a Leveraged Finance Vice President you will play a crucial role in supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of leveraged finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs), recapitalizations, refinancings, and acquisition financing. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, giving you the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, financial sponsors, and private equity firms, while gaining significant exposure to complex financing structures and markets.
You will work closely with senior members of the leveraged finance team, providing comprehensive financial analysis, preparing detailed client presentations, managing transaction processes, and contributing to the execution of leveraged loan and high-yield bond offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Structuring and Execution: Assist in structuring and executing leveraged finance deals, including LBOs, recapitalizations, refinancings, and acquisition financing.
- Financial Modelling and Analysis: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate debt capacity, credit profiles, and return metrics.
- Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit and risk analysis on potential transactions, including preparing credit memos and client presentations for internal approval.
