Are you a creative Marketing Manager with a knack for driving retail success within Commercial Leasing or Property Leasing? If so, please get in touch asap! My client is an impressive, well known and well-established property company based in the heart of Central London.  This is an ongoing temporary role of at least six months, possibly longer.  The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the London office.  The marketing department specialises in connecting retailers, hospitality and leisure companies with prime leasing opportunities. Their portfolio includes some of the most prestigious retail spaces in London and the UK.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Craft comprehensive marketing plans to attract and retain top tenants Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Budget Management: Helping manage the budget, track pipelines and spend. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
