Your Role: The Connector Behind the Scenes

  • Coordinate end-to-end lighting projects across the UK and Francophone regions
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and project teams in both French and English
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables with sharp attention to detail
  • Support the design and sales team with documentation, logistics, and client updates
  • Prepare technical quotes, order confirmations, and project documentation
  • Manage records in CRM and order management systems
  • Oversee shipping schedules and proactively solve supply chain issues
  • Assist with planning site visits, handovers, and team meetings

Who You Are

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) – Essential
  • Experienced in project coordination or administrative support – Essential
  • Background in architectural or decorative lighting – Ideal but not essential
