Mechanical Service Engineer Package up to £45k Permanent Our client is a Yorkshire based manufacturer of fan and smoke extraction systems. Ranging from car park ventilation systems, smoke control to tunnel ventilation. With a nationwide reputation, they a have a service division that performs PPM around the UK of their own, as well as, their competitors systems. Due to continued growth and expansion they require a mechanical service engineer to join their team. The Role As the mechanical field service engineer you will be required from time to time to travel around the UK and visit customers. This will be planned and you may be away a few nights a month. This a great role for a mechanical fitter who has experience in air movement, air conditioning, bearings, belts or motors. You will have, but not limited to * Experience in fan balancing will be an advantage. * Maintenance and commissioning * Investigate and diagnose problems * Report writing * Servicing and Repair As the mechanical field service engineer, you will spend much of your time at the head office, working alongside other areas of the design and manufacturing teams, dealing with both internal and external customers alike, and for this customer service side of the role you will able to communicate at all levels. You will be professional as you will be the face of the company when visiting clients. You will have flexible approach to work. What will you get….
