Support and/or prompt with personal care. This may include toileting, showering/bathing, getting in and out of bed, getting dressed.

The adult has rare genetic condition which affects the structure of his hand face and feet. He also severe learning disabilities. He is a lively but mainly cheerful character with a great sense of humour and is very playful. Routine is important., Car driver preferred but not essential., * Be honest, reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
