Morson are recruiting a candidate with facilities experience to work as an Estates Assistant for our client who specialises in composites, with this role to be based over two sites in Bristol. Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a background in facilities management? As an Estates Assistant, you’ll be a key member of our Estates team, responsible for delivering essential services and supporting core business operations across our various sites. Reporting to the Estates Manager, you’ll coordinate day-to-day activities, manage building operations, and lead Estates projects to ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient working environment. In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing our Filton site and other locations, overseeing everything from space management and building maintenance to contractor coordination and compliance with health and safety standards. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the functionality of our facilities, and you’ll play an active role in project management, ensuring that all Estates projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a critical part of our team, you’ll also focus on sustainability initiatives, emergency planning, and continuous improvement processes across our estate.
