You will…
• Own a 3-5×/week vertical-video cadence: scripting, filming, editing, posting.
• Launch & scale a customer-generated-video program.
• Source, negotiate, and co-produce content with RevOps / SDR / Sales influencers.
• Run dark-post video ads, measure CPL, and iterate creative in <7 days.
• Build a simple HubSpot dashboard that ties every view to pipeline.
You have…
✓ 1+ years creating short-form videos (preferably B2B videos).
✓ Portfolio of LinkedIn posts >15k views or case study with CPL targets hit.
✓ Hands-on mastery of basic video-making tools, CapCut/Descript.
✓ Fluency in demand-gen math (CPL, CAC, attribution) and comfort in HubSpot.
✓ Rolodex of B2B creators OR proven track record pitching new ones.
Nice to have: basic motion graphics, experience running community Slack or Discord, passion for sales-tech space.
