Supervising Social worker- Up to £46,646 – Connected Persons Nonstop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the East Kent area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Fostering team. They offer hybrid working, allowing for you spend less time and money travelling and gives you more flexibility in work/life balance Responsibilities: Supervising Carers Contribute to and review the development of ongoing initiatives to achieve a more effective use of resources within Children & Families Services Emphasis on assessment work, developing support plans as well as developing our support services for Special Guardians.
