Nonstop Care is currently working with a well-established local authority in the East Kent area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Fostering team. They offer hybrid working, allowing you to spend less time and money travelling and giving you more flexibility in work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

Supervising Carers
Contribute to and review the development of ongoing initiatives to achieve a more effective use of resources within Children & Families Services
Emphasis on assessment work, developing support plans as well as developing our support services for Special Guardians.
